• Payments — payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

When you use AI features, your inputs may be processed by Imperium and/or our subprocessors (including AI infrastructure providers) to generate outputs. We configure services to support your use case, but you should assume inputs may be transmitted to vendors as needed to provide the feature. Do not submit highly sensitive information unless you accept that risk.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

• With service providers who assist us (for example, hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, payments, and AI infrastructure), subject to appropriate safeguards.
• For legal reasons, if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• In connection with a business transaction (for example, a merger or acquisition), subject to applicable law.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account or certain data as described below, subject to legal exceptions.
