AI Thesis Writer provides AI-assisted tools to help users research, draft, structure, and export academic-style documents (for example, theses, dissertations, and research papers). Features may change over time. We do not guarantee any particular result, grade, or academic outcome.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Paid features may be offered now or in the future. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. Fees, billing cycles, and taxes (if any) will be presented at checkout or in your account. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Because our Services may involve immediate access to compute and AI resources, all fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You may cancel recurring subscriptions to avoid future charges in accordance with the cancellation terms shown in-product.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or circumvent technical limits, security, or access controls.
• Use the Services to generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services except as permitted by law.
• Use the output to misrepresent authorship, fabricate citations, or violate academic integrity policies.

You are responsible for complying with your school or institution’s policies, honor codes, and applicable regulations.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review, edit, and verify all generated content before submission or reliance. AI Thesis Writer does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs.

The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by Imperium Software LLC and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights in your original inputs. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide and improve the Services.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPERIUM SOFTWARE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify Imperium Software LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary for legal or security reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA, except where prohibited by law.
